The Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) is pleased to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) that will fund a lead agency or collaboration to develop, implement and sustain a local VIP Neighborhood Coalition in each of the VIP areas of Bowdoin/Geneva, Orchard Gardens, Morton/Norfolk, and Grove Hall. This RFP will distribute up to $65,000 per VIP area per year. Applicants must be a 501(C) (3) based in Boston or must apply via a 501(c) (3) organization and have demonstrated experience in community organizing and advocacy.
