Boys & Girls Clubs of America celebrates the importance of establishing stronger relationships between adults and youth by leading the BGC Day for Kids effort. Held this year on Saturday, Sept. 12, BGC Day for Kids was established to encourage adults and children to spend meaningful time together.


Day for Kids Event Highlights

Since 2001, this national campaign has galvanized the country around the importance of spending meaningful time with young people. Day for Kids is a special day to reinforce our commitment to youth and remind them just how important they are.

Participate in this year’s celebration on Saturday, Sept. 12, by attending an event at a local Boys & Girls Club or create your own. Whatever you do, have fun by spending the day with a young person.
